Operators relying solely on legacy traditional billing and charging systems have experienced revenue pressures. These batch based billing systems were originally designed for circuit-switched voice services; which do not meet the needs of present day expectations and next generation services. To meet these expectations, operators need to migrate to an integrated data charging platform - a platform with integrated policy and charging.

OHI Telecommunications LLC is working with both the Telecom operators to provide them with reliable and economical solutions which include recharge cards, Mobile applications (e-recharge) and software based billing solutions for both Pre-Paid and Post-Paid customers. To further reduce the recurring cost of printed recharge cards, OHI Telecommunications has come up with a solution of more economical and environment friendly Electronic Recharging Solution. We have designed and developed an application for Ooredoo which helps its customers to recharge their accounts. We use POS devices to recharge the customer accounts (paper-less) though printing a card is also an option.
